About Syntic
The most advanced AI company you haven't heard of — yet.
Syntic builds frontier AI models from scratch and deploys them across three product lines: a consumer AI assistant, an enterprise AI workforce platform, and a computational biology engine for drug discovery.
We are not here to participate. We are here to take the lead.

The thesis
We saw what was coming. Then we built it.
Most of the AI industry started in November 2022. Syntic started years before. When the founder began building large-model AI systems in Silicon Valley, the field had no name. There were no chatbots. No $10B funding rounds. Just a research direction a small group understood: machines were about to learn how to think alongside us, and the companies that would matter were the ones building the entire stack — model, infrastructure, products.
So that's what we built.
A decade later, the rest of the industry caught up. Tens of thousands of AI startups launched, almost all of them building on top of three or four foundation models owned by competitors. Their roadmaps follow OpenAI's pricing decisions. Their margins depend on Anthropic's API costs. Their core technology belongs to someone else.
Ours doesn't. We own every layer of the stack from the model up.
What we build
Two products. One model. One independent company.
The Syntic Assistant
Chat, research with citations, image generation, and video. One subscription replacing ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, and Sora. Available worldwide, starting free.
Syntic Workforce
1,000+ AI Employees across every department. Hire in 60 seconds. Reach them by phone, chat, WhatsApp, or Slack. They have persistent memory, a reporting line, and a seat in your org chart. They are not chatbots. They are staff.
The team
Small, distributed, working alongside our own product.
Shahriar Kheradmand founded Syntic after a decade building production AI systems in Silicon Valley under IWANDO LLC — before ChatGPT existed, before the field had funding, before the rest of the world understood what was coming. He built Syntic to do what the industry wasn't: own the model, own the infrastructure, own the products, and answer only to customers.
The team is 26 people across six continents. No headquarters. We hire for craft, independent thinking, and people who want to build something that lasts — not something that exits. Our org chart includes AI Employees, because the future of work does.
The position
The independent frontier.
Most AI companies in this cycle are wrappers — products built on borrowed technology, financed by borrowed money, accountable to investors racing toward the same exit.
We own our model. We own our infrastructure. We own our products. We answer to our customers.
In an industry consumed with who's next to raise $10B, we're asking a different question: who's going to still be here in 2035? That's the company we're building. Welcome to it.
