Are these really 1,000+ different Employees, or variations of the same one?
Each Employee in the directory is a distinct role — pre-configured with the skills, compliance posture, authority, channels, and knowledge appropriate to that specific job. An AI Collections Specialist and an AI Recruiter are not the same model with a different name. They have different training emphasis, different default authority settings, different compliance frameworks, and different channel configurations. The directory is a catalog of roles, not a chatbot with 1,000 personas.
Can I hire the same role twice?
Yes. Most customers hire multiple Employees of the same role for different territories, languages, or product lines. Each gets their own name, their own phone number, and their own memory.
