Syntic

Syntic API

Build your product on a frontier model you don't have to build yourself.

The Syntic API gives developers and companies direct access to our frontier model — the same model that powers the Syntic assistant, built from scratch on our own infrastructure. Not a resold API from another provider. Not a wrapper on GPT or Claude. Our own model, exposed through a stable, versioned API so you can build on it without inheriting our product decisions, our pricing risk, or our vendor dependencies.

Build the chat interface your users deserve. Embed intelligence into your existing product. Run document pipelines at scale. Power the internal tools your teams depend on. Whatever you're building — if it needs a capable model underneath it, this is the API.

Capabilities

What the API gives you

A complete set of primitives for building AI-native products — without rebuilding the model layer, the streaming infrastructure, or the orchestration runtime from scratch.

One API, many surfaces

Chat completions, tool use, structured JSON output with schema validation, vision, and long-context — all behind a single versioned API contract. We don't break backwards compatibility between model releases without a deprecation window and migration path. The API you ship on today works when the next model version ships. Stability is a commitment, not an accident.

Built-in orchestration

Plan, dispatch, and recover from failures with a stateful execution runtime — so you're not rebuilding agent orchestration every time you start a new project. Multi-step tasks, sequential tool calls, error recovery, and long-horizon execution handled by the runtime. You write the product logic. We handle the infrastructure.

Connectors out of the box

Drop-in integrations for the tools your users and your team already use. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Jira, Stripe, Zendesk, and 300+ more. Pre-built connectors so your integration layer doesn't become a bigger project than your actual product.

Realtime streaming

Token-by-token streaming for responsive interfaces your users will actually enjoy. Tool-call streaming so users see what the model is doing in real time, not just the final result. Durable execution resumption for long-running tasks — if the connection drops, the task picks up where it left off. Built for production applications where interrupted connections are the reality, not the edge case.

Enterprise controls

SOC 2 Type II in progress. ISO 27001 in progress. Region pinning to US or EU. Customer-managed encryption keys on Enterprise. Zero training on your data or your users' data — contractually guaranteed, not just stated in a policy document. Full audit logging on every API call. The compliance documentation your enterprise customers will request in procurement, ready before they ask.

Docs you can read in an afternoon

SDKs in TypeScript, Python, and Go — maintained by us, not community-forked and abandoned. A cookbook with working examples for the patterns developers actually build. An API reference that answers the question without making you read five pages to find it. A changelog that tells you what changed and why, not just what version shipped. Documentation written by the people who built the API.

In practice

What developers build with it

Four of the most common patterns — and the ones the API handles particularly well.

01

In-product copilots

Embed an AI assistant inside your existing product — one that has access to your user's data, can call your product's APIs, maintains context across their session, and knows the difference between what it should do autonomously and what it should ask about first. The copilot that makes your product feel like it was designed for AI from the start, even if you're adding it to something that's been running for years.

02

Background agents

Long-running tasks that run without a user waiting on the other end. Watch a queue, process a batch, call your APIs, generate a report, send a notification, and report back when complete. The durable execution runtime handles retries, resumption, and state persistence — so your agent completes its task even when things fail in the middle.

03

Document pipelines

Extract structured data from invoices, contracts, forms, research papers, regulatory filings, and any other document type your product handles. Structured JSON output with schema validation so the extraction is machine-readable, consistent, and reliable. Vision support for scanned documents and mixed-format inputs. The pipeline that turns a folder of unstructured documents into database records your application can actually use.

04

Internal tools

Power the AI experiences your own teams build — for operations, customer support, engineering, finance, and legal. Internal tools built on the Syntic API get the same model capability, the same reliability, and the same security controls as your customer-facing products. One account, one contract, one model underneath everything your company builds on AI.

The model underneath

Ours. Built from scratch. Not a resale.

Most AI APIs are resellers. They buy access to GPT, Claude, or another foundation model, mark it up, put a branded interface on top, and call it a platform. The model belongs to someone else. The pricing moves when the upstream provider raises rates. The terms change when the upstream provider updates their policies. The capabilities you can offer your customers depend on decisions made by a company you have no relationship with.

The Syntic API runs on a model we built from scratch — pretrained on our own infrastructure, aligned by our own research team, served on our own compute. That means:

  • Pricing that doesn't move when a competitor raises their API rates.
  • On-premise and VPC deployment for customers who can't send data to a shared cloud.
  • Custom fine-tuning on your proprietary data, deployed in your environment, owned by you.
  • Model continuity when the AI market consolidates — nothing changes because nothing was ever borrowed.

Standard

Everyday production use. Fast, capable, and tuned for the workloads most applications run.

Deep Reasoning

Extended thinking for complex multi-step tasks that benefit from deeper analysis.

Custom

For organisations where proprietary data is the competitive advantage. Fine-tuned and deployed in your environment.

Access and trust

The Syntic API requires a verified account and funded credits at every tier.

Sign up on the Syntic Console, verify your account, top up credits, and generate your API key. There is no free tier. Access requires a valid payment method and identity verification before a key is issued.

We built this model ourselves. We monitor usage continuously for signs of model distillation, systematic output harvesting, and rate limit abuse. Accounts engaging in these activities are terminated immediately and permanently. The API exists to help developers build products — not to give competitors or bad actors a path to replicate what took us years to build.

If you're building something real, account setup takes two minutes. Start at platform.syntic.ai.

Pricing

Credit-based. Usage-based. Enterprise contracts for production scale.

Pay-as-you-go

Top up credits on the Console and pay per token. No minimum spend. No monthly commitment. The right starting point for developers building and testing. Pricing published at platform.syntic.ai/pricing.

Committed-use

Annual contracts with volume pricing for teams running the API at production scale. Predictable cost for predictable volume. Significant discounts versus pay-as-you-go at scale.

Enterprise

Dedicated infrastructure isolated from shared API traffic, SLA-backed 99.9% uptime, region pinning, customer-managed encryption keys, on-premise and VPC deployment options, custom model fine-tuning, and a named technical account manager. Priced per engagement. Talk to our enterprise team.
