- Scale ($599/mo) includes everything in Max, plus: 4× more usage than Pro; 200 GB storage; Uploads up to 250 MB; 1,294 image & video credits/mo; 40 AI Employee slots; 20 AI Agent slots (coming soon); 60,000 workflow executions/mo; 12 phone numbers; Multi-region voice routing.
- All plans have access to the latest models; higher plans include more usage. Each plan has a monthly usage allowance plus image & video credits and workflow executions, shown in the comparison table above, and the Usage page shows how much of your allowance you have used. Usage limits reset on a schedule (a rolling 5-hour session, a weekly window and each calendar month), and long conversations use more of your limit. When you reach a limit, usage pauses until it resets; nothing is charged automatically. On paid plans you can upgrade or top up credits anytime. The Free plan has no top-ups; to go beyond its limits, upgrade to a paid plan.
- Team seats include Syntic CLI and Chat. All plans have access to the latest models, so plans differ by usage only.
- Enterprise is for organizations of 20+ members: $20 per seat per month, billed annually, + tax. The seat fee includes no usage: all usage is metered at API rates, so usage cost scales with model and task. Talk to sales at sales@syntic.ai for a quote.
