What model does the assistant run on?
Our own frontier model, built from scratch — pretrained on our own infrastructure by our own research team. Not a wrapper on GPT or Claude. The same model that powers Syntic Workforce and the Syntic API.
How do the image and video limits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance — 20 images and 2 videos on Starter, up to 1,500 images and 150 videos on Operations, unlimited images on Enterprise. Higher-resolution output (8K image upscaling, 4K video) and extra generations are available via Wallet credit.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Projects can be shared with your team, each with its own history, knowledge sources, and context. Everyone picks up exactly where the work was left off.
Is my data used to train shared models?
No. Your conversations, uploads, and work products are never used to train shared models. Your data stays yours.
