The request
Your AI Executive Assistant Employee dispatches a Syntic Browser Agent that interacts directly with web pages — reading content, clicking, typing, navigating sites. For calendar prep, the Agent opens Google Calendar, checks each meeting's attendee list, switches to Gmail to search for relevant threads with those people, and books conference rooms.
Tell the Executive Assistant what to look for. It dispatches the Agent to handle the cross-referencing between calendar and email, surface what needs your attention, and fix the gaps.
"Look at my calendar and help me get ready for tomorrow."
For each meeting:
- Tell me if it's internal or external (check attendee domains)
- Find any recent email threads with those attendees about this topic
- Flag if the meeting is missing a room (in-person) or video link (remote). If it is, assign one.
- For external meetings, note anything I should review beforehand — relevant docs attached to the meeting or related emails.
"Ship a quick prep summary for the day, finding what needs my attention before I show up."
How the Assistant briefs the Agent
The Syntic Browser Agent reads your calendar and email directly. It cross-references attendees, threads, and meeting details to build context.
What the Agent needs
Required:Open Google Calendar showing tomorrow's date and Gmail in another tab. The Agent navigates between them. Make sure you're logged into both.
No files needed.
What ships back to chat
The Browser Agent reviews each meeting and ships a prep summary organized by what needs attention.

Follow-up dispatches
Keep the loop going — the Assistant dispatches the Agent again as the day fills in.
Fix the logistics
The Agent can book rooms and add links directly to calendar events. Once you've reviewed what needs fixing, approve.
"Book those rooms and add the Meet link. Use a room on the 6th floor if available — that's where I sit."
Get deeper prep for the external meeting
For important calls, dispatch a Summary Agent to compress recent correspondence with those contacts. Surfaces what's been discussed and what might come up.
"For the Acme meeting, summarize the last few email threads I've had with them. I want to know what's been discussed recently and what they might bring up."
Make this a nightly routine
Schedule the Browser Agent to run every evening so you start each morning with prep done.
"Save this as a shortcut I run every evening at 6pm. Call it 'Prep tomorrow' and have it review my calendar, flag external meetings, and check for missing rooms or links."
Tips for the workforce loop
Save and automate as a shortcut
Save the prompt as a shortcut by clicking the shortcut icon below a successful prompt. Schedule when the workflow runs next, or trigger manually by typing "/" and selecting the shortcut.
Site permissions for new tools
The Browser Agent asks for permission before visiting new sites. Grant site-level permissions for trusted websites to skip repeated approvals on those domains.
Approval gates before destructive actions
Before clicking "send," "publish," "post," "submit," or similar action buttons, the Agent pauses for approval. Includes sending emails, posting to social, submitting forms, or messaging others on your behalf.
